2. Data Collected on the Waitlist Form
When you join our pre-launch waitlist, we process the following data:
- Email address- to notify you at launch
- Source- of signup (e.g. landing, twitter, reddit)
- IP address (hashed)- stored as SHA-256 hash for spam prevention
- User-Agent- of your browser
- Timestamp- of signup
Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Retention: until withdrawal, max 6 months after launch.
3. Microsoft Clarity (Web Analytics)
We use Microsoft Clarity to analyze user interactions anonymously (clicks, scrolls, heatmaps). Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies.
- Provider- Microsoft Ireland, One Microsoft Place, Dublin
- Data processed- mouse moves, scrolls, clicks, browser type, device, IP (truncated)
- Form input- automatically masked and not recorded
- EU-US transfer- Microsoft is EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified

4. Server Logs
When accessing the website, technically necessary data is collected in server logs (IP address, date/time, accessed page, user-agent). Automatically deleted after 30 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in smooth technical operation.
5. Hosting
The website is hosted on a server located in Germany (Netcup GmbH, Karlsruhe). No data transfers to third countries, except for Microsoft Clarity (point 3).
